Mister Big is one of those very luck cats that went from being a homeless stray fighting for his life, to becoming the beloved pet in a forever home. Mister Big's human, Marie, entered his photo in the Purrfect Days Calendar Photo Contest by Pine Ridge Art, Ltd. who licenses a lot of my artwork for many wonderful stationary and other fun products. Mister Bigs's photo won the contest and was used as my reference for this painting which will be featured as one of the month in the 2013 Purrfect Days Calendar.
